Location, home construction quality, foundation supports, remodel or tear down, weather exposure, FEMA and City of Naples building requirements, flood plain elevation, sea wall construction, dock construction, appraisal values, water depth access in each canal and bay access to the Golf of Mexico. As an avid sail and power boater I know all of the Naples Waterfront.

If the residence is one of the original homes it may be a perfect candidate for a remodel or tear down and new construction. There are very strict FEMA and City of Naples rules and regulations for both. Knowledge of these requirements is a must when determining the property values.
